- What is the OC (Opportunity Class) test?
- The Opportunity Class (OC) placement test is sat in Year 4. It identifies high-achieving NSW primary school students for placement into Opportunity Classes at select public schools for Years 5 and 6. The test assesses reading, mathematical reasoning, thinking skills and writing.
- What is the Selective High School test?
- The NSW Selective High School Placement Test is sat in Year 6. It places high-performing students into academically selective NSW government high schools. It assesses reading, mathematical reasoning, thinking skills and writing.
- What year levels does ACER Education teach?
- ACER Education teaches students in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. Year 3 builds foundations; Year 4 is focused OC exam preparation; Years 5 and 6 focus on Selective High School exam preparation.
